Self-Care & Cancer Recovery How do you sleep? Tip 1: Good Sleep

June 23, 2020 Leave a Comment

Good Sleep we all want it!

Good Sleep and Self-Care & Cancer Recovery go together! Some people who have finished cancer treatment need to apply good self care to stay well and those with a new cancer diagnosis need to apply good self-care as soon as possible to help the body heal.

My absolute favourite thing in the world for health and recovery is good quality sleep and lots of it! I started learning about the real value of better quality sleep over 10 years ago and I even did a stint of public seminars teaching people about the value of better quality sleep delivering 500 seminars on this topic.
