HealthEqualsFreedom® is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience. HealthEqualsFreedom® is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Crh), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

What personal information we collect and why –
There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, to engage with us you will be required to submit personally identifiable information.
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Visitor comments are checked through Akismet, an automated third party spam detection service.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
We use contact forms to collect information enabling us to provide our services to you. (Ninja Forms)
When you submit a contact form, we ask for contact information including your name, email address, and phone number (optional), so that we can reply to your inquiry.
We will ask for your various details and full contact information when you engage the services of HealthEqualsFreedom®.
Email Subscription Forms
We use an email subscription form to collect information when you sign up for the newsletter. This form collects names and email addresses which are added to our MailChimp list.
This list is used solely to inform subscribers of new information and news events etc. and we do not share this data with any third party.
If you leave a comment on the site, you may opt-in to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
This collected information is used solely for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this Site.
The information collected is anonymised, and includes data such as geolocation, browser type/version, device type, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website addresses.
You will find a full list of the cookies in use by Google Analytics here –

We use iThemes Security and Wordfence to manage the security of this website.
The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. Examples of conditions when logging occurs include login attempts, log out requests, requests for suspicious URLs, changes to site content, and password updates. The information in these security logs is retained for 14 days.
This site is also scanned for potential malware and vulnerabilities by Sucuri’s SiteCheck. We do not send personal information to Sucuri, however, Sucuri could find personal information posted publicly (such as in comments) during their scan.

This includes but may not be limited to: payment processors (PayPal), analytics (Google Analytics), anti-spam (Akismet), website security (iThemes Security & Sucuri), email marketing (MailChimp) and RSS feeds (FeedBurner).
HealthEqualsFreedom® takes all reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law.
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data HealthEqualsFreedom® holds about you, including any data you have provided to us.
