Joy is Medicine – life is too short, we know that! Some people talk about their bucket list, but never do those things. Joy is all too scarce! Most people focus on what they don’t have, and suffer from fear and anxiety as a result. Every minute is precious no matter how many minutes you have left. It is important to live your life as if today was your last – today is a present, why not live it in joy – it is know to heal and be good medicine.
Bella has a very interesting perspective of using Joy as her Medicine, see what you think?

Sometimes in life bad things happen to good people, including health challenges. It can seem like things that happen to us are the worst and can really take the wind out of our sails if we let them. The trick is not to let them and to enjoy each moment as if it were our last. Many, many things are outside of our control in life, but we can control our thoughts and we can choose to live our life with the feeling of joy that we can create.
When we are challenged with our health, or in life in general, it is much easier to feel sorry for ourself than to focus on what we do have, including the relationships and opportunities. If you shift your thinking to gratitude and abundance, and see what turns up for you, I am sure you will be surprised, as there is always support around us.
Do you know what you enjoy to do? If not NOW is the time to find out.
Enjoy every moment as if it were your last!
